EIA Certifications and Expert Intuitive Advisor are committed to protecting the privacy of every candidate enrolled in the program. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect. We collect only the information needed to administer the certification program. This typically includes your name, email address, login credentials, organizational affiliation where applicable, progress through lessons and examinations, and exam session recordings (including webcam recordings) used for academic integrity and verification purposes.
How we use it. This information is used solely to enroll you in the program, deliver course materials, proctor and grade examinations, issue and verify credentials, and communicate with you about your progress. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
How we store it. Candidate data and exam recordings are stored on secured infrastructure with access restricted to authorized administrators. We retain records only as long as is reasonably necessary to operate the certification program and to verify issued credentials.
Your rights. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any retention obligations relating to issued credentials.
